Original John Stampone signed political cartoon of Laos Cambodia flare up ("Hot Pants" is written on the back) in pen and ink, possibly published in the February 17, 1971 issue of the Federal Times. It is on artist cardboard/paper and measures 18"x 15". It was given to the original owner,who was a co-worker and friend by Mr Stampone. John worked for the Army times, Navy times, Air Force times and Federal times and died in 1995.
